Connecting With Communities

Who we aim to reach

In this area of our work, Aware.org primarily focuses on pregnant women and children living with FASD. We also engage with healthcare professionals and caregivers, partners and families of pregnant women and community members.

To Create Lasting Impact

What we offer

Aware.org supports the work of the Foundation for Alcohol Related Research (FARR) in three provinces: Trompsburg (Free State), Graaf-Reinet (Eastern Cape) and Prince Albert (Western Cape). FARR has pioneered a successful FASD response that combines research, community awareness, preventive work with pregnant women, and education of other significant groups.
